SAWDUST AND POST-PRODUCTION WOOD COMBUSTING BOILER HOUSES

The Boiler Factory produces two boiler series of types enabling combustion of shredded wood waste. The first one is the Energy Group (pol. Zespół Energetyczny), comprising of a water or steam boiler of  600 – 2000 kW, ceramic furnace with sliding grid, conveying screw feeding fuel to furnace and reserve container, which has been designed to combust sawdust and shredded wood waste.  It meets all environment protection requirements in force in Poland and other countries. Another type of boiler dedicated to combust wood waste is the KRT series of types, of 300 kW and 600 kW. The boiler’s furnace is integrated with the boiler, which means that the combustion process takes place in the boiler’s furnace chamber. The structure of the boilers is more compact, allowing to build a smaller boiler house.

In both series of types combustion takes place in an automatic cycle according to parameters set on the controller. They have a system protecting against excessive water temperature or steam pressure growth and backfiring. The boilers are mainly used in the sawmill industry, furniture industry and everywhere, where there is access to sawdust and shredded firewood.
