ECONOMIZERS

    FAKO economizers have been destined for heat recovery from boiler outlet flue gas for boilers fired with natural gas or light oil. FAKO economizer application on the boiler flue gas outlet increases boiler efficiency by ca 5%. There have been used steel - hot deep galvanized finned elliptical tubes as an economizer heat transfer surface. 

Such a solution gives following advantages:

• Tubes of elliptical  section (aerodynamic shape) decreases flue gas pressure drop and ash contamination;

• Long failure-free life;

• Short time of installation costs refund.

     FAKO economizers mean easy access for economizer inspection and cleaning, easy disassembly. FAKO economizers could be used not only on FAKO boilers, but also on all other gas or oil fired boilers.
