BOILER PALTS FOR BURNING SAWDUST AND WOODEN REMAINS
 
Fabryka Kotłów manufactures 2 types of seria of boilers fired with biomass, which make possible  burning broken up wooden remains. First of tchem is Energy Unit consists of hot water boiler or steam boiler with power 600-2000Kw, ceramic furnace with travelling grate, worm feeder feeding the furnace and fuel bin. Those unit has been destined for burning sawdust and wooden remains. It meets necessary regulations in Poland and other countries. The Unit has been manufactured in cooperation with company JADREW.
 
Boiler fired with biomass with ceramic furnace is able to burn fuels with different moistures.
 
Other boiler type fired with biomass destined for wooden remains burning is type of seria KRT with power range 300kW and 5600kW . Those boilers have been equipped with furnace, which is integrated with the boiler -it means, that burning process is done inside boiler combustion chamber.
Structure of those boilers is more compact -it could make necessary boiler room space less.
In both boilers types burning proces is controled according to parameters set on the control device.
They have been equipped with safety system protected  boilers against overpressure or overtemperature and also against backflame.
Those kinds of boilers have been used in wood industry (sawmill, furniture and so on) and everywhere, whrere wooden remains had been available.

DUTCH OVEN WITH STEP GRATE

Dutch ovens with step grate have been used in both hot water boilers and steam boilers -low and high paramters. They make possible biomass burning -biomass as wooden remains and other plants remains. Fuel feeder and movable step grate rows have been drove with hydraulic system. It allowes to control burning process.
